welcome to 2013



The start of a new year and new years resolutions. Since I am still working through my day zero list I only have a couple of resolutions for this year:

- be healthy

I say this every year, and I do actually improve every year. But, I still eat a lot of crap! Last year I went for 6 months without eating take aways, fast food or crisps, chocolate and sweets..so if I can do that I can do anything!

- be blemish free

I've always had problem skin, this year will be year of amazing skin care! I received Liz Earle's cleanse and polish for Christmas and loved using it so far so hopefully it can work it's magic for me :)

- speak up more

I was talking to a friend a couple of days ago about this, I feel as though when I'm in a group situation I will always take a back seat and not contribute to the conversation, although sometimes I won't have anything to say that is relevant but I often do and still won't speak up. I want to gain more self confidence and be comfortable enough to join in when I have an opinion.
